Happy Saint Patrick's Day

We had a wonderful Saint Patrick's Day today. Colin had an interesting day at school. Apparently a leprechaun showed up overnight and messed up the classroom. The kids thought it was hilarious. The leprechaun even left some gold coins and Irish buttons for everyone. Unfortunately, their leprechaun trap didn't catch the sneaky creature and he escaped with his pot of gold.

We came home from school and watched the NYC Saint Patrick's Day on TV. Colin was very excited to see the bagpipers and sousaphones. After dinner, they boys ate a Saint Patrick's Day cake they had been patiently waiting to eat until Daddy came home.









And of course, Chris and I saved the corned beef and cabbage and a couple pints until the boys were tucked into bed. Happy Saint Patrick's Day from our home to yours!
