Circus!

Today was one of the best days of Colin's life. It was the day we all went to the circus together. He was absolutely beside himself.



He declared later that his favorite part was the horses. But he also loved the confetti raining down, the acrobats and the dog show. Probably one of his most excited moments was when it was starting and everyone was clapping and stomping their feet. He absolutely loved it.

Owen didn't do too shabby either. He didn't LOVE it and was a bit off-put by the loud noise, but he hung in there. He actually did seem to really like the horses. A couple walks around the outside when he was getting overwhelmed and a few nursings in the bathroom (gross, but no choice) and he was fine.

Colin ate cotton candy, twizzlers, a sour patch kids a huge sippy cup of juice, pretzels and animal crackers. As we were leaving, after he got over his initial anguish of leaving the circus, he declared "my belly hurts".
